Building Effective Juvenile Intervention

Juvenile intervention is layered in risk. Whether you are involved in reducing recidivation probabilities or mitigating program risks, it is essential to understand the level of risk exposure and to learn how to reduce liability.

In this session, Mark will share the ups and downs of working full time as a subject matter expert for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in the field of juvenile intervention. You will gain awareness into how to develop, implement, operate and supervise effectual juvenile intervention programs and how to bare the magnitude of responsibility in the process of redirecting young lives.

Building Unity Within Groups

Teams, in order to reach their full potential, must function as one united voice built on trust, understanding, and direction. How does one nurture this within any given group of people?

With 35 years of team building experience, Mark's strong background in establishing communication, forming connection, and instituting trust within teams will guide you through the maze of effectively challenging members and unifying groups. Let's build stronger teams together.

Rethinking How We Parent

Obviously, I feel a great sense of responsibility being a good parent and raising my children. I don't take that job very lightly. Who they are, what they become and what they contribute to the world is very important to me. -Madonna Ciccone

Parenting today is full of challenges. Raising our children to become functioning, contributing adults is no easy task, nor one that should be taken lightly. This session dares you to see family from a more functional perspective, challenging paradigms traditionally associated with the role of parent, and asking you to take a more conscious role in building up your child towards their success.
